Product Overview

The MEAREG MG-RCO-C is a Regenerative Catalytic Oxidation Combustion Furnace (RCO). It uses a catalyst to perform catalytic oxidation at a temperature of 400°C, and utilizes heat storage materials to recover heat. The reaction formula is: VOCs + O₂ → CO₂ + H₂O + Reaction Heat.

Features

• High Heat Recovery: Can achieve a heat recovery rate of over 90%.
• Low NOx Emission:Oxidizes upon contact with the catalyst at low temperatures (generates less NOx compared to 60% for RTO).
• Low Fuel Consumption:VOCs burn at low temperatures, resulting in low fuel consumption.

Technical Limitations

1. Limited Application Scope:The characteristics of the target gas to be treated have an impact on its applicability.
2. Steam Recovery: Cannot be used when waste heat is recovered as steam.
3. Catalyst Lifespan: The lifespan of the catalyst is 1 to 3 years, requiring periodic replacement.
