MEAREG MG-RTO-H Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer with Hot Air Recovery System

Product Overview

The MEAREG MG-RTO-H is a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) integrated with a Hot Air Recovery System. It recovers high-temperature flue gas to heat ambient air for workshop use, effectively reducing exhaust temperatures and optimizing energy utilization.

Working Principle

1. Flue Gas Cooling: The high-temperature flue gas (approx. 850°C) from RTO combustion passes through the hot air heat exchanger, reducing the exhaust gas temperature to below 120°C.
2. Hot Air Generation:A stream of cold ambient air is introduced on the cold side. It passes through the hot air heat exchanger and is heated up to the required temperature for workshop use.
3. Insulation Protection: The heat exchange system is insulated with fireproof aluminum silicate wool covered by galvanized steel plates.

Process Flow Highlights

• Combustion System: Natural gas and combustion air are supplied via the combustion fan and igniter into the RTO.
• Waste Gas Inlet: Waste gas is driven by the main fan into the RTO for high-temperature oxidation.
• Heat Recovery Loop:High-temperature exhaust (Hot by-pass) goes through the heat exchanger. A return air fan drives the Recycled Hot Air to the facility.
• Exhaust:The cooled clean gas is finally discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney.
• System Components: Includes RTO unit, main fan, combustion fan, cleaning fan, return air fan, reducer, and hot bypass valves.
