Product Overview

The MEAREG MG-RTO-M Series is a Multi-Bed Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) engineered for reliable industrial VOC abatement. Utilizing advanced ceramic heat storage and precise valve switching technology, this system effectively destroys volatile organic compounds while recovering waste heat, significantly reducing operational costs. It is available in 2-bed and multi-bed configurations to suit various exhaust gas concentrations and compositions.

Working Principle

• 2-Bed System:Exhaust gas is preheated as it passes through Bed A and oxidizes at high temperatures (750–1000°C). The purified hot gas then passes through Bed B, releasing heat before being exhausted. The flow direction is periodically reversed by valves. A bypass system prevents untreated gas from escaping during the switch, achieving a 95% removal efficiency.
• 3-Bed (and Multi-Bed) System:This system features dedicated preheating, purging, and exhaust chambers. When exhaust gas enters Bed 1, it is heated to near-furnace temperature. It then enters the combustion chamber for oxidation in an oxygen-lean environment. The purified high-temperature gas exits through Bed 2, where its heat is stored, and is discharged at 150–200°C. Bed 3 uses clean gas to purge residual exhaust from the previous cycle, ensuring high purification efficiency. The low-temperature switching valves alternate these beds constantly.

• Simple MINI Version:Optimized for low-concentration, simple-composition exhaust gas under 20,000 m³/h. Features a highly compact footprint (requires only 3m width), 97–98% removal efficiency, and one-button start. Designed with standard safety compliance without compromising essential features.
• Professional PRO Version:Suitable for various concentrations and complex compositions under 30,000 m³/h. Features a 99% removal efficiency, modular/standardized manufacturing, rapid installation, and comprehensive auxiliary safety facilities.
• Heat Exchanger vs. No Heat Exchanger:Depending on your heat recovery requirements, models are available with or without a heat exchanger.
