Product Overview

The MEAREG MG-RTO-O is a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) integrated with a Heat Transfer Oil Recovery System. It recovers high-temperature flue gas generated by RTO combustion to heat thermal oil, providing a reliable heat source for production workshops while reducing exhaust temperatures.

Working Principle

1. Heat Exchange:The high-temperature flue gas from RTO combustion enters the thermal oil heat exchange system, cooling down to approximately 300°C.
2. Oil Heating:The system heats the thermal oil returning from the production workshop from 220°C up to 240°C.
3. Supply & Emission:The heated thermal oil is supplied back to the workshop for use. The flue gas, after passing through the heat exchange system, is mixed with the low-temperature clean gas from the RTO outlet to lower its temperature before final discharge.
